The Co-pilot training is tailored specifically for meeting facilitators; who´s role is to transform boring brainstorming into productive and fun idea meetings.

You will be a skilled person on group dynamics, choosing appropriate tools given the challenge and have a complete tool box for idea generation and refinement.

The tool box contains tools for all 5 steps in the creative process. E.g. how to build an attractive and challenging work task, how to handle tricky participants and not the least how to inspire people to unleash their creative skills, producing lot’s of ideas and refining them into profitable concepts and innovations.

A 70 page documentation is included.
